Working together clearly and calmly.
These plain-English terms explain how Eulogy Legacy bookings, filming, editing and delivery usually work. They are not formal legal advice.

Bookings and payments
Before anything is booked, we will confirm the chosen package, price, what is included, any agreed extras and the expected payment schedule in writing. If a deposit is needed to secure a filming date, the amount and balance date will be confirmed before you agree.
Filming dates
Filming dates are agreed with the family in advance. We always aim to choose a place and time where the person being filmed feels comfortable and unhurried.
Support during filming
We recommend that the person being filmed has a trusted friend, relative or support person present where this would help them feel comfortable and relaxed. If there are any health, accessibility, communication or support needs that may affect the filming session, please let us know in advance so we can plan appropriately.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Families sometimes need to move a date because of health, care needs or family circumstances. If that happens, please tell us as soon as you can and we will do our best to rearrange. Any cancellation or non-refundable costs will be explained clearly in writing before booking.
The editing process
After filming, Eulogy Legacy selects and shapes the material into the agreed film. The edit may include interview footage, family photographs, supplied archive material, music, titles, colour work and audio clean-up depending on the package.
Revisions
Packages include the number of small amendment rounds stated on the website or in your written proposal. Small amendments might include trimming a section, correcting a title or making light pacing changes. Larger changes, extra films or a significantly different edit may be quoted separately before work continues.
Delivery
Finished films are usually delivered digitally. Selected packages or extras may also include a keepsake USB box. Timescales are estimates and can vary depending on family material, feedback and the scope of the edit.
Private family use
The finished film is created for private family use. You are welcome to share it with relatives and loved ones. If you need a different type of licence or wider public use, please discuss that with us first.
Ownership and usage rights
The finished family film belongs to you for private family use. Eulogy Legacy may keep project files and archive copies so replacements or future edits can be supplied if needed. We do not publish, share or use your film, interview footage or family material as a portfolio example without written consent.
Consent
It is important that the person being filmed understands the purpose of the project and is comfortable taking part. We will not knowingly film someone who does not want to be filmed.
