How we handle your information.

Eulogy Legacy deals with personal stories, family photographs and private footage. We treat that material with care, privacy and respect.

Information we collect

When you contact Eulogy Legacy through the website, by email or by phone, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the package you are interested in, rough timing and anything you choose to share about your family or the person you would like filmed.

If you become a client, we may also receive family photographs, video clips, voice notes, letters, archive material, interview footage and any other material you choose to send for the project.

Why we collect it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, understand what your family needs, plan a filming session, create your film and deliver the finished work. We do not use your family stories or footage for public marketing without written consent.

How enquiries are handled

Website enquiries are sent to Eulogy Legacy so David can reply personally. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond, follow up appropriately and keep basic business records.

Private family stories and footage

Your stories, photographs, video clips and filmed interviews are treated as private family material. Nothing is published, shared publicly or used as a sample, portfolio piece or social media post unless you give written permission first.

If a friend, relative or support person is present during filming, we will treat any personal information they share with the same care and privacy.

Who we share information with

We may use trusted services to run the website, receive enquiries, store project files, edit footage and deliver finished films. We only use these services for the work you have asked us to do.

Contact about your information

A plain-English note
